Tekfen Holding took the first step in its renewable energy and investment strategy by signing a contract to purchase the Marmara RES (Wind Power Plant), which has a 14.4-megawatt capacity, in Balıkesir.
Another group company, Toros Agri, signed a second deal on the same day to purchase the remaining 30 percent of Gönen Renewable Energy, of which it had acquired a 70 percent stake in 2019 and will become the only owner of the company.
