The consortium formed by Tekfen Construction, and its sister company HMB Hallesche Mitteldeutsche Bau AG, has undertaken the building of the Sulphur Recovery Unit at Tüpraş's Kırıkkale Refinery, on an EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) basis.

The cost of the project, which is planned to be completed in 36 months, has been estimated as 53.9 million USD and 10.1 million Euros.
